Réjean Gélineau 's 2019 goal is to cross Canada in 40 days (vancouver-montreal). For his 71 years,  Réjean is an inspiration in spite of himself for many adults who would not dare to start again an active life. Bravo!  Voici l'Article du coup d'oeil 

A signatory to the petition whose name is Trudy had the happiest eyes I've seen in my life! The trembling face and the somewhat hesitant body are his only signs of old age. Her husband looks at me and says: "Do 38 and reverse the 2 digits" = 83 years old. Trudy does 60 lengths of Olympic swimming every morning. Trudy took me by the shoulders and approached me by whispering, I am 83 years old, she speaks only English and did not know that her lover had already told me her age, she was very proud of herself!

Mathis Helicopter
The day after Christmass Mathis started doing his Helicopter Lego. I told him that I was not far away to help him, but being tall like him, he had to try to do it himself. He was very happy to try to assemble this alone. Meanwhile, of course, I pedal for 2 hours on my Tacx. Mathis comes to see me showing me his helicopter but the winch cable does not go to the right place. I told him that he must start a good part to bring back to the cable in the right place. General panic so I helped him. Then Mathis continues and his lovely sisters begins to dig in her pieces and tries to play too ... General panic No. 2. I ask him: Does your sister take important pieces? No, can your sister play with these parts so she can have fun too? yes but it should not touch the chopper pieces but those of the tree ok ... Then Mathis can not find a wheel rim, General Panic No. 3! Mathis have you looked elsewhere than on the desk? look down and under the desk. Ha it's here! - "Mathis, you did 3 super great learnings that will serve you all your life this morning" - "Ha yes it's what" -
